The Number That Needs a Calendar

Agent service is advertised at $149. Read the billing line: that $149 is charged every quarter, not every year. Four of them is roughly $596 for twelve months of coverage, and our July 2026 look found no first-year softener working against it.

Quarterly framing does two things at once. It lowers the number a shopper compares, since $149 sits comfortably next to a competitor's annual figure and looks like a rival for it. And it lightens the feel of the total, because four separate payments of $149 register as less than one payment of $596 even though the money is identical. Neither effect is fraud. Both are worth naming before you sign.
